She believes that the informal sector is the key to solving the problem of underdevelopment, and that it is necessary to innovate in order to prosper, as long as excessive state intervention is reduced and the market is liberalized. Therefore, she shares unique reflections on the activities she develops as a teacher, speaker and columnist.
She is also the author of the books “Inovar para Prosperar” and “O Poder da Economia Informal”, with more than 6 thousand copies sold in the national and international market.
PhD in Economics from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, Master in Planning and Business Strategy from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, and teaches classes in the Master in Capital Markets and Logistics and Transport Management, at Universidade Gregório Semedo.
